chart legend naming

When I create a chart in excel the legend has identifiers of 1 2 3 4 etc. I can't figure out how to change those to be more meaningful. It has been suggested that I name the different series, but I only have one series with 7 entries to create a pie chart.

Hi Joed

Right click on your chart and select "Source Data" and then click the "series' tab and type you names in the "Catergory Labels"
