CAN I PROVIDE HISTOGRAM, X-BAR CHARTS IN EXCEL? HOW?

You can create a histogram from raw data via Data\Analysis Tookpak\Histogram. To get this menu option you may need to go to tools\add-ins\Analysis ToolPak.

I'm not sure what you mean by an X-Bar chart. Can you be more specific?.
