2-axis logarithmic charts

Posted by Chris W on June 20, 2001 10:55 AM
I'm trying to make a chart that has two lines, and two logarithmic Y axis scales (one on the right and one on the left). There is a custom chart that does this for linear scales, but I can't make the scales log. Any idea where I can get a custom chart format for this?

Chart both series on the same logarithmic chart, then select one of the lines, right-click on it and select Format Data Series. On the Axis tab, under "Plot Series On:", select Secondary Axis. That will create a second Y axis on the right. Select that axis, right-click on it, and select Format Axis. On the Scale tab, click on "Logarithmic Scale." That should do it.
