Chart

There is a chart on carpoint.com that I would like to duplicate in Excel using work data (not car payments). You are able to put your cursor on the lines of the graph and move it around for different out comes of a variable/scenario. Is this possible to do in Excel?

Thanks

You can Control+click and drag a data point
to a new position.
