Adding Labels to Bubble Chart

I am making a bubble chart and would like to add the labels but can't figure how to...my data looks like
Data1 volume value other
Mkt1 1000 10 1
mkt2 10 1 2
mkt3 100 4 3
mkt4 100000 40 4

with data1 being the label.

right click and go to chart options
go to the "Data Labels" tab, click on "show label"

you can drag the boxes with names around and modify the text in the label boxes directly for formatting, etc.
