column-column graph

Is there any way in excel to do a column-column graph on two axes?

If I understand you correctly you have a graph with one axis and you want to put some of the data on the second axis and have the whole graph still be a bar graph?
Click on the info you want on the second axis
then right click
choose format data series and choose axis
choose secondary axis
then just choose chart type as bar graph
