Checkbox / Option Button

Is there a way to make two check box's act as option buttons so that only one can be selected. (If you check box 1 then box 2 becomes unchecked and vise versa)
Or can you make an option button look like a check box?

under the properties look for groupname.. if you can assign the same groupname, you can do it.
