Is there a way to use the same comment box for multiple cells? I have some cells that have the same comments attached to them and would like one comment box to point to all these cells.

Not that i know, sadley each has own not multi point and highlight.

To save time Copy and paste the text, if that helps..

you could try using data validation (data menu, 'validation), using the 'input message' option to give one comment for any range of cells you select. leave the 'allow' option set at 'any value'. would that work?
