Dates before 1900

I am using this formula =DATEDIF(B32,NOW(),"y")&"y "&DATEDIF(B32,NOW(),"ym")&"m "&DATEDIF(B32,NOW(),"md")&"d" to calculate age, but it want work on dates before 1900, is there any way around this? Thanks
