array formula question

Posted by Andonny on June 09, 2001 8:05 PM
Hi,
I would like to know how I am able to see what numbers an array formula is
calculating. This is the formula I array entered and I know what it does but
in order to work out other formulas it would be nice to see what numbers are
in the array to debug it.
{=SUM(A1:B3*D1:E3)}

Thanks for your help
Andonny

Andonny

Go to the formula bar, just select the part you're interested in, and hit F9. When you'rr ready, hit ESCAPE, otherwise you loose the formula.

This is a great tip!

Aladin told me about this a few months ago, and it has helped my pathetic array formulas tremendously.
