Bolean date

How can I get a Bolean date in a spreadsheet ?
I.e. today is day 222, (Aug 08)

Assuming your date is in cell A1, try
=A1-DATE(2000,12,31)

=A1-DATE(YEAR(A1)-1,12,31)
will allow you to enter any year, last/next etc.
