Date/Time

I was wondering if there is a date and time format with time down to seconds ie: dd/mm/yy hh:mm:ss

Basically I need to be able to subtract a finished time from a start time, with seconds and get an elapsed time in the format hh:mm:ss.

Yes, just custom format the cells accordingly :-
dd/mm/yy hh:mm:ss

For the cell containing the elapsed time, you will probably want to format it as [hh]:mm:ss
