calculating working days

I have tried to follow the instructions in Excel HELP
in calculating the number of work days between 2 dates. Is there an easier way to do this for in layman terms?

Use the NETWORKDAYS worksheet function. If you
haven't already done so you'll need to add-in
the Analysis ToolPak.
