Can I select data from a table based on a date range?

Posted by Gary Rezendes on December 18, 2000 11:08 AM
I have a large table that contains a column of dates along with other information. I need to extract the data that fits the date range selection criteria that the user enters into a sheet that I have created. I would like to use the dates that the user enters to filter the table data and then I can chart the data that was selected. I don't know how to enter a date range into the data filter as a selection criteria.

Can some help...
Thanks in advance for all of your help.

You can filter for a date range by going to Data -> Advanced Filter
Look under Advanced Filter in Help.
