Dividing Data

I have a Master Log that I use to track Parts, Weights and Qty's. I need to know if there is a simple way to take the Qty's and Weights and divide them by 4. (There is at least 500 entries & we want to do them all at the same time). Is there a way?

Put 4 in an empty cell and copy it. Select Qty and Weights ranges. Activate Edit|Paste Special ->Divide.
