Cell References

Before the rebuilt my computer, I had Excel '97 set up so that when I double clicked in a cell that had a cell refernce, the focus would jump to that cell. For example, if cell A1 of Sheet1 had the formula ='Sheet2'!B2 and I clicked in it, I would jump to Sheet2, Cell B2.

Can you help figure out how I originally set this up.

After choosing the Tools | Options menu command,
click on the Edit tab and deselect "Edit
directly in cell" setting.
