How Do I Change the Default Value in a Pop-Up Box?

Posted by Stan F on June 21, 2001 12:40 PM
When I click Edit, Delete, a pop-up box apppears with 4
choices. The first one (shift cells left) is the
default. How can I change it so that the third one
(entire row) comes up instead. I know there are other
ways to delete the row, but that's not the question.

Thank you.

The only way to change the default is to select the entire row before Edit|Delete (note this will automatically delete your row, no pop-up box will appear). A quick way to select the entire row is to press Shift+Spacebar.

Barrie
