Deleting blank spaces in multiple cells

Is there a quick way to delete a blank space at the start of each cell in a large range (ie. 10 columns x 500 rows) so that date and number formatting can be effected.

If you mean to delete a space in each cells
data eg " 12:00" then just select the data
range THEN click on Edit / Replace
in Findwhat just enter a space then click
Replace All......???
