printing comments from Excel
Posted by Franco on July 12, 2001 1:29 PM
I have a database where one cell contains a project name with comments. I would like to be able to print a particular comment from Excel. I have tried to "unhide" the comment and placing it on top of the page being printed, but that doesn't work. Do you know how to get around this problem.
Thanks,
Franco

Use the Edit | Page Setup... menu command to go to
the "Sheet" tab on the Page Setup dialog box. Set
the "Comments" field to "As displayed on sheet".
Next, use the Tools | Options... menu command to
access the "View" tab. Make sure that the
"Comment and Indicator" radio button is depressed.
