How to find the link to another worksheet

Posted by Vera on November 01, 2001 1:03 PM
I don't know how to find the cell that links (makes reference) to another worksheet. In document 1 when going to Edit, Links, I see that makes referance to another worksheet but I don't know in which cell is the reference. Tried Auding, precedents etc but as long as I don't know the culprit cell it doesn't help. Thanks alot for any help.

Use "Find" command

Vera:
From "Edit, Links" you should see the path and filename that cells in your spreadsheet are linked to. Hit Ctrl-F to bring up a "Find" dialogue box, and enter the file name(s) linked to, and it should take you to the cell(s) containing the links.

Hope this works for you.
Dwight

It doesn't work even if I select all cell in every sheet and look (find) after the name of the other (linked) worksheet; it can't find any link.
