Print only rows with data in them
Posted by Clara Denton on December 19, 2000 7:00 AM
I'm working with a spreadsheet that has rows or options for use in preparing estimates. The quantity column triggers the unit price and calculates the extended price. The quote is totaled at the bottom. How can I print just the rows that contain data in the quantity column?
Many thanks!

Select the range of data in quantity column and then:
Edit -> Go To -> Special -> Blanks ->OK
this will select the blank cells in the quantity column. then (with the blanks still selected) go to:
format -> rows -> hide
to hide the rows with no data in quantity
