Access denied to Excel file

I have a problem. There is an excel file that sometimes will not open but gives the "access denied" message. When the file is loading but access is denied, you can see that in the lower left hand corner, funcres.exe is loading instead of the actual file. This does not always happen and started a week ago. Anyone knows why?

Hi David,

On your menu tick on Data, Add-ins and see if the
Analysis Tool Pak has a check in the box, if so
re-move the check
