excel error message

EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in module EXCEL.EXE at 017f:301b8b8c. What is causing this and how do I correct this problem. I'm sure I will have to add something to the HEY_KEY

When are you getting this message? When launching Excel, opening a workbook, running a maro....?

The user is getting this message when launching excel, and entering text into a field.
