Conditional Formating

When applying a basic conditional format to a cell such as ifA1 ="Sick"... colour RED. There is only three senario's availible - can this be expanded if so how can it be done ??

You can only apply upto 3 conditions and no more.

I seem to remember seeing (on this board) a macro that would increase that from 3 to 5, so you can do at least that.
I don't remember what date it was, but I'm sure I copied that reply. If I can find it among all my unorganized notes, I'll post. But it can be done.
