Picture as Background in Worksheet(?)

I received a file that has a picture as a background in
one of it's Worksheets; the picture is not embedded in
the area, rather it's like a "mosaic" of the same
picture that repeats itself over and over all through
the Worksheet...

You can use the cells without affecting the picture in
the background.

Does anybody know how to accomplish this???

That is neat, Mark. Is there a way to set up a picture as your default (ie it appears with every file)? Welcome back and thanks for all contributions here! See the Format | Sheet | Background... menu command. :

Well, you could always save a "virgin" workbook that
contains the background as Book.xlt (a template) in
your XLStart folder. Once done it is used as the
basis for each new workbook that you open. That is neat, Mark. Is there a way to set up a picture as your default (ie it appears with every file)? Welcome back and thanks for all contributions here! : See the Format | Sheet | Background... menu command.
