Borders when sorting cells......

can anyone help:
Is there a way of keeping the borders around cells after a sort. when i sort, the borders stay and the data in the cells move.
any ideas?

Cells are not sorted -- it's the contents of the
cells that are sorted. If you want to assign
borders based on the contents of a cell I recommend
that you consider using Conditional Formatting.
