Vlookup and Cell Formatting

I have color coded the data portion of a table and would
like to bring the colors across as well during a VLOOKUP.
It would be a tremdous visual aide for the users.

Add another column to your table with a value
that is indicative of the color (e.g., "red") and
have your VLOOKUP() function return that value too.
Then use conditional formatting to convert that
value into the color it represents.
