I am having problem returning the correct figures when I use dcounta function, can you give me more tips on this?

I am having problem returning the correct figures when I use dcounta function, can you give me more tips on this?

I am working on quite a large database about 400 rows and 25 columns. I copied the example on the excel help and it work, but when I applied it to my databse, it doesn't. I can't figure the problem out.

Please help

Care to provide more info:

What criteria are you using?

Can you post 5 rows of your data including labels?
