Automated links between worksheets

In a workbook with one sheet called BUDGET I would like to be able to create an automatic link to a new sheet that I have just created named BID. On the BUDGET sheet in cell A1 I input the name of the new sheet (BID) and in cell A2 of the BUDGET sheet it creates a link to cell A5 of the BID sheet.
Cell A2 of the BUDGET sheet will then equal what is in cell A5 of the BID sheet.

Thanks for your input Tanya. Actually there will be as many as 50 new sheets to link to. I'm trying to automate it so all I have to do is input the name of the new sheet in the BUDGET sheet. It needs a VBA solution
