Hi,

Do you know how to implement the “Proper” function throughout an entire worksheet where all the fields already have data (text) in them???

I would think I could select the entire worksheet or just each column individually and select the Proper function but it does not work - ??

Thanks!!

a quick and ugly way is to go to another worksheet and in A1 enter a reference to your first worksheet with the 'proper'function eg. =PROPER(Sheet1!A1). copy down/across as needed. only thing is you'll lose any cell formatting.
