Addressing YTD data (with vlookup) on another sheet - please help !!

I'm glad you are getting closer. While I don't know I way to combine the formulas, your results still should be accurate. I was assuming you would hide column E on the Overtime sheet (which changes based on YTD!B2). Are you getting incorrect numbers when you change the date?

You can try to email the file if you like, but I may have trouble accessing it from this account. If so, I will post an note here saying so.
