NETWORKDAYS Function

I have a spreadsheet that was created in Excel 97 that has a function called NETWORKDAYS. I am now using Excel 2000 and this function seems to be gone. Any thoughts?

I don't have 2000, but in 97 it is only available once the analysis toolpak add-in is activated.
