OK... I found it, now how do I fix it? Please help!!

For some reason, each of my sheets wants to extend down all the way to the very bottom row(62000 or whatever) The scroll bar marker is tiny, indicating you can scroll ALL the way to the bottom of the entire workbook. This has balloned the size of the file and now I need to know how to fix this. I lose the cell formatting when trying to copy and paste,and I spent too much time on it to start over. Any help would be great.

OK I have sheets full that is 65536 rows thats the max try this

A1 = 1
B1 = 2
C1 = 3

E1 = =SUM(A1:C3) ie 6

in B1 = A$1
Now select B1 copy now goto C3 and hold CTRL+SHIF hit the arrow down key and it should go to the bottom FAST hit CTRL+V to paste and hit F9 and should put the col 1 figures there and stop atthe end of the data but the formula wil lbe all the way down, so the scroll bar is not reqd.. also CTRL+G is goto if you know the cell ref or find will help, just a silly Excel thing

Forget the size issue it windows being silly with Excel, it does and will, best cure i have is see the enter above this one same think
