Calculating workdays vs Calendar Days

I am trying to write a formula which would calculate the number of workdays within a given period, vs. counting all the days (calendar days).
EX. June 1 to 30 would have 30 days, but could I ignore Saturdays and Sundays in the count?

You'll want to use the WORKDAY or NETWORKDAYS formula.
NETWORKDAYS(start_date,end_date,holidays)
