How to type in one column a percentage and it increase that row by that percentage.

If you type the percentage in cell A1, column B has the numbers you want to increase by the percentage, and column C will have the result.
In cell C1: =B1+(B1*$A$1)
I don't think that's what you need, but it's all I could give you from your description.
