flashing or blinking text

I am using an IF statement that contains a short message I would like to have flashing on the screen when it enables.
=IF(G5<50,"ORDER MORE STOCK","SUFFICIENT 20um FILTERS IN STOCK")
Can you help me achieve this ?

John, I believe you'll need to start with a macro. See the following post for the code to make a cell flash. This may at least get you started. You can also search the archives on this forum because quite a few people have asked about flashing text in the past. You may find some other answers.
