300 columns? How many sheets do you have?

a Proper() caveate

PROPER changes the first letter or the first letter following a space to upper case and all subsequent letters to lower case. In last names, this means that McKay will come result in Mckay and NAME III will result in Name Iii.

When I use Proper, I use replace MC with MC(space), then do the PROPER, then replace the space with null. Also the Iii can be fixed with a replace (Name Iv also needs fixing).
