Number Formatting

On Microsoft excel I am making a weight chart. I put
a list of athletes in column A, their maximum lift in
column B, and figure percentages from 65%, 70%,etc in
columns C, D, and so forth. However, my percentage
weights come out like 126.75, 159.25 and so on. Is
there any way to get the excel program to figure or
round the percentage weights to the nearest increment
of 5 lbs.????? Such as, 126.75 being 125, and 159.25
being 160???? Thanks.
