Pulling team's info by a supervisor's name

Is there a way to use a supervisor's name in a column to pull all of the information and statistics for a team? I know you can use a similar function to find information on the same row when you locate an ID number.

Have a look at VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc. in on-line Help.
If this doesn't do it, you will need to post more details.
