Posted by JIM on January 18, 2000 4:40 PM
Hi
Novice that I am, can you help.

I need to make a wage sheet run different pay rates by Hlookup , but the sum comes out wrong
TOTAL HRS 48.25
PER HOUR 5.80
A B C
39.00 9.25 0.00

£372.35

Could any one write me a formula that works

A single time B time and one half etc

Hopefully

Hello
Allright I'll try and make it clearer, I am a student and my personal wage sheet is entered in columns, horizontally
I have a named range for 5 (A to E) rates,
My columns headers are :

Supplement Code
Overtime
Hourly Rate
Billable Hours
Basic Hours

Another thing that is confusing me is that I have had to have a seperate column to calculate my overtime @ double rate
Overtime Code (E)

If any one would like to help me out I would be very grateful, or if any one would like to make a suggestion I would also be very grateful

Jim
I would be delighted to recieve an Email of something which would be useful
