Can someone please help me. I have over 100 sales reps. In Excel, I have them by where they live. Then I have all their sales and the location of the customer. Is there a formula that can match lets say.. sales rep John is in column A. He lives in Los Angeles (column B) all this customers located are in column c. Is there a formula that can count all his sales and match his location? I just need to know how many sales he did in his city, and out of his city.

If I understand you right, try
=COUNTIF(C:C,B1)
for number in the city he lives (must be exact match ( no LA and Los Angeles)
for outside his city, try
=COUNTIF(C:C," < > "&B1)
