ASP to Excel

I have a web page that that populates an excel spreadsheet with a query's information. I would like to know if it is possible to have this query go into a pre-formatted excel spreadsheet or if I need to code the formatting in the web page. Any help would be appreciated.

Take a look at the Excel Help Index topic for
"Get data from a Web source". Specificly, click
on the "For information..." link in paragraph 4.
