Another Start_Up Question

When I start Excel, I get an error message:
Microsoft excel Cannot Run this Add-In....."
I would like to know (1) which start-up file is being executed and (2) which add-in is trying to be loaded by the start-up file. I can only find my personal.xls in my current xlstart file.....no 'add-ins' as far as I can tell. I am running NT if that matters. Thanks.

Have you tried moving the personal.xls file to another location and then seeing if Excel launches without complaining?

If Excel still runs after the error, have you tried looking in "tools"--->"add-ins" to see what boxes are checked?
