0” (Zero) in cell but “0.125” in Formula Bar

I have a worksheet that shows “0” (zero) in the cells but in the Formula Bar it is showing “0.125”. I did copy and Paste Special and selected “Values” but I still get “”0.125”.
How do I get rid of “0.125” in the Formula Bar.

You have to change the precision of your stored
value to match is formatting. See the
Tools | Options... | Calculation menu command.
Check "Precision as displayed".
