0 (Zero) in cell but 0.125 in Formula Bar

I have a worksheet that shows 0 (zero) in the cells but in the Formula Bar it is showing 0.125. I did copy and Paste Special and selected Values but I still get 0.125.
How do I get rid of 0.125 in the Formula Bar.

You have to change the precision of your stored
value to match is formatting. See the
Tools | Options... | Calculation menu command.
Check "Precision as displayed".
