ActiveX Controls on Worksheets

Posted by Tuc on June 04, 2001 8:03 AM
Greetings All!
I have a worksheet with controls drawn directly on it. When I switch from Design mode back to Run mode, I attempt to click on the control and my cursor becomes a compass pointer, that is to say it consists of four arrows pointing North, South, East, West. and I can not initiate the desired action.
Any ideas? Anyone? Anyone?
Thanks,
Tuc

Open the macro utility edit any macro press the design toolbar icon and exit. Its a pain and their should be a way to turn this off but Excel will do things like that.

Thanks

Joe,
Thanks. I initially just got out of Excel and back in, but I will try that next time and record the macro steps for posterity.
Thanks again,
Tuc
