moving between cells

Somehow my Excel 2000 now scrolls the worksheet when I use the cursor keys, rather than change the active cell.

Please can you tell me how to restore the cursor keys to their normal behaviour!

After many questions to the office assistant finally discovered my keyboard scroll lock was on!

Is your "Scroll Lock" button on? The one on the keyboard near the top-right...
