absolute vs relative in macros

In Excel 97, when I would record a macro, a small toolbax with an icon to toggle between absolute and relative references would come up. However, in 2000 it doesn't seem to give me the choice and I can't find that icon or toolbar. Thanks

I also had trouble locating it in Excel 2000. When recording a macro, if you display the Stop Recording toolbar it should contain the button you're looking for.
