I want to pull a value from one workbook to another workbook. It should be simple but I keep getting the message "cannot find the source file" I put the complete path in but no luck. I have followed to the letter the formula in the help file but still no luck. Can anybody help? I am stumped and frustrated.

Recommend you type =, then click on the target cell
in the source, then enter.
