solver

Please help,
i have an assignment that is due in tmw, i am have huge problems getting my head around solver, is there anything any one can suggest to help me very quickly. I not at all good at maths which appears to be the problem, any help would need to basic, step by step.
Please someone help me!

Your post tells me nothing i need to know what data you have and what result you require

post up the info for people to look at please .
