Retrieve Hyperlink Data

I have copied data from a web page into a worksheet and would like to place the actual link name value into a seperate cell (i.e. http:\\www.mrexcel.com ..)on the same worksheet. Can anybody help

on mine (Excel 97, Windows ME) if you right click the web address in your browser and select "copy" you can then just paste special and text into the worksheet

it shows it as text : "14029.html"
